Who this offer applies to

This promotion applies to first orders only. One order per customer. Subsequent orders placed by the same account, email address, or payment method will not qualify for Community Drop credits.

The credit calculation is based on cart value only — the subtotal of items purchased, excluding any applicable IVA / VAT, shipping charges, or express delivery fees applied at checkout.

How your credit code works

Every qualifying Community Drop order earns a Silo Credit Code according to that of the cart value. 1 Silo Credit = €1.00 of store credit.

Maximum credits earned

€2,000

Regardless of cart value, Silo Credits are capped at €2,000 per customer.

Maximum discount per order

€250

The maximum discount applied from Silo Credits on any single subsequent order is €250.

Credits are issued as a unique personal credit code tied to your account, redeemable exclusively on streetsilo.es. They are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

When credits are issued

Order delivered

Your return window of 7 days begins from the date of delivery confirmation.

Day 7 — return window closes

If no return has been initiated, the order is considered final.

Day 17 — Silo Credits issued

Credits are added to your account as a store gift card 10 days after the return window closes. You will receive a notification by email.

Discount tiers on future orders

Silo Credits apply a discount to your next eligible order based on cart value at checkout. The maximum discount on any single order is €250.

// How We Operate

Streetsilo™

How We Operate

Transparency is not a policy here. It is how we operate.

What you see is what exists.

Every piece listed on Streetsilo™ is physically in our Madrid warehouse — tested, cleared, and ready to ship. We do not sell promises. No phantom inventory, no endless pre-order queues. If it is on the site, it is on its way to you.

We are curators, not a catalogue.

Streetsilo™ is a registry, not a catalogue. Fewer than one in ten garments we review is admitted to the vault. Admission requires accredited chemical clearance, construction inspection at source, and a production run small enough that yours will not be reprinted. We do not stock everything. We stock what survives selection.

The premium you pay is honest.

The price is the filter. Heavyweight fabric, limited-run artwork, accredited safety testing, and continental logistics cost what they cost. We do not discount our way into your wardrobe. The vault holds its number — and so do we.

We exist because modern fashion forgot something essential.

Clothing is meant to last, to be felt, to mean something. Where minimalism stripped the soul out of getting dressed, Streetsilo™ puts it back. Every piece we carry is built to be worn for years, not washed out after a season.

And this is only the beginning.

A bespoke line is coming - true made-to-order pieces using the finest fabrics, leathers, and craftsmanship available. When it arrives, it will be worth the wait. For now, we wanted you to know where we are headed. Transparency is not a policy here. It is how we operate.

Clothing with a Conscience

Streetsilo™

Clothing with a Conscience.

Streetsilo™ exists for more than fashion. Behind every purchase is a purpose that runs deeper than the garment itself.

Part of every sale funds the care and education of children with special needs.

Part of every sale funds the care and education of children with special needs — through a school and therapy centre we support directly, and a therapy centre we are building here in Spain. These are not campaigns. They are standing commitments.

As Streetsilo™ grows across Europe, so does this mission.

We are actively working toward establishing a specially abled therapy center in Spain, bringing the same standard of care closer to the community that has welcomed us.

A purchase that clothes you and carries someone else forward.

When you choose Streetsilo™, you are not just choosing craft over convenience, or quality over quantity. You are choosing to be part of something larger.

Wear it with that.
